摘 要:明治维新是日本近代化改革的起点。从日本教育的发展史来看,明治时代日本国民整体素质发生了巨大改变。本文以1868年日本开国向西方学习为起点,至1890年以宣传忠君爱国思想为基调为维护天皇统治的《教育敕语》颁布为止,将明治维新前后二十多年的时期作为研究重点,通过调查历史书籍中有关明治维新时期以政府为主导的国家主导型教育体系的形成背景与发展过程,以教育改革为线索解析当时教育环境,找出国家主导型教育体系产生的原因,最后结合实际成效分析其存在的具体问题,希望从中得出有利于中国教育体系发展的经验启示。Meiji Restoration is the starting point of Japan’s modernization reform.From the perspective of the development history of Japanese education,the overall quality of Japanese people changed greatly during the Meiji era.This study is based on the founding of Japan in 1868 when it comes to leaning from the Western countries as a starting point.Until 1890, the "Imperial Rescript on Education" was promulgated to maintain the emperor’s rule based on the promotion of loyalty to the emperor and patriotism.More than 20 years before and after the Meiji Restoration Period as the author’s research focus. First, through the investigation of the history books about the Meiji Restoration Period, do a research about the background and the development process. Second, use the education reform as a clue to analyze the educational environment at that time, to find out the reasons for the emergence of the stateled education system. Finally, combine the actual results, to analyze the specific problems existing in the process, hoping to draw empirical enlightenment conducive to the development of China’s educational system.
