摘 要:履带式果园多功能管理机机架作为整机的主要承重部件,承载着整机的传动系统、液压系统等关键部件,因此对机架强度和稳定性等有着严格要求。利用Solidworks三维绘图软件对履带式果园多功能作业机整机与机架进行三维建模,并使用Solidworks simulation有限元分析模块对机架进行有限元分析。分析结果表明,履带式果园多功能管理机机架的强度满足设计要求,满载情况下机架产生的最大应力约为25.51 MP,远低于极限屈服强度,为履带式果园多功能管理机机架的结构设计和有限元分析提供参考。As the main load-bearing component of the whole machine,the frame of the crawler-type orchard multifunctional management machine carries the key components such as the transmission system and hydraulic system of the whole machine,so it has strict requirements on the strength and stability of the frame.This paper uses Solidworks three-dimensional drawing software to carry out three-dimensional modeling of the whole machine and frame of the crawler-type orchard multi-function machine.The finite element analysis of the rack is carried out using the Solidworks simulation finite element analysis module in Solidworks.The analysis results show that the strength of the crawler orchard multifunctional management machine frame meets the design requirements,and the maximum stress generated by the frame under full load is about 25.51 MP,which is much lower than the ultimate yield strength.This paper provides a reference for the structural design and finite element analysis of the frame of the crawler-type orchard multifunctional management machine.
