摘　　要：当前高校二级教学机构教学档案电子化略显滞后,对高校二级教学机构教学档案电子化的意义、电子化管理的必要性和可行性以及可能存在的问题进行了探讨,并以我校某二级教学机构为例,介绍了教学档案电子化工作,以期为国内高校二级教学机构的教学档案电子化工作提供借鉴。Nowadays, the level of the teaching electronic archives in secondary teaching institutions of colleges and universities is slightly lagging behind. The significance of electronic teaching archives in secondary teaching institutions in colleges and universities, the necessity and feasibility of electronic management, and some possible problems were discussed in this paper. Taking a secondary teaching institution in our university as an example, this paper introduces the electronic work of teaching archives, it is expected to provide reference for the implementation of electronic teaching files in secondary teaching institutions of domestic universities.
