实战化教学下的士官教育机械基础课程教学改革探索

摘　　要：士官职业技术教育是军队院校教育的重要组成部分,是提升士官职业技能水平的重要途径之一。为了适应实战化教学要求,分析了机械基础课程教学中存在的实战化教学理念贯彻不到位、教学内容不适应岗位任职需求、教学资源不匹配实战化环境、教员队伍不满足实战化教学要求等问题,并从牢固实战化教学理念、优化实战化教学内容、建立实战化教学资源库、建设实战化教员队伍四个方面提出了相应的对策及建议。The sergeant vocational and technical education is an important part of the education of military academies and one of the important ways to improve the professional skills of sergeants. In order to adapt to actual combat teaching requirements, analyzes the problems of poor practical teaching concepts, lack of pertinence in teaching content, lack of teaching resources, and single experience of teacher in the teaching of mechanical basic courses. The countermeasures and suggestions were put forward in four aspects: firmly establishing actual combat teaching concept, optimizing the content of the course, establishing an actual teaching resource bank and construction of actual teaching team.
