摘　　要：人本化理念的教育发展,对高校教育管理工作的推进提出更为严格的要求。高校应基于对人本化理念中心思想的提取,更好地调整当前教育管理工作方向,有效解决新时期高校教育管理面临的实际问题,科学制定高校教育管理实践新方法,提升高校教育管理的实际有效性。It puts forward more strict requirements for the development of education in colleges and universities. Based on the extraction of the central idea of humanistic concept, colleges and universities should better adjust the current direction of education management, effectively solve the practical problems faced by college education management in the new era, scientifically formulate new methods of college education management practice, and improve the practical effectiveness of college education management.
