摘　　要：乡村人才振兴是乡村振兴战略中不可缺少的一部分,也是乡村振兴内驱发展的持续动力。旅游职业教育作为培养旅游实操型技能人才的教育类型,通过与技术力、创新力、职业幸福力的职业“三力”对接,重组职业人才培养模式,打造旅游职业教育服务乡村人才职业“三力”并行发展模式,精准契合旅游扶贫对人才的需求,真正做到扶知、扶智、扶志、扶职,为乡村振兴提供智力和文化支持。Rural talent revitalization is an indispensable part of rural revitalization strategy and a sustainable driving force for the internal development of rural revitalization. As an education type to cultivate practical skills of tourism, tourism vocational education reorganizes the vocational personnel training mode by matching with the vocational “three forces” of technical force, innovation force and career happiness force, and creates a parallel development mode with “three forces” of tourism vocational education serving rural talents. It precisely meets the talents demand of tourism poverty alleviation and provides intellectual and cultural support for the rural revitalization.
