摘  要:针对手性毛细管电泳实验“手性药物氧氟沙星对映体的分离检测”的教学过程中,发现手性选择剂取代度对实验结果具有重要影响,详细研究了一系列不同取代度的羟丙基-β-环糊精对氧氟沙星对映体分离效果的影响。研究结果表明:对映体的分离度随取代度变化显著,且取代度DS=7.9时分离度最佳。依据取代度的测定方法,对市售羟丙基-β-环糊精的质量进行评估,以确保手性毛细管电泳实验结果的稳定性和良好的教学效果。Because of the important influence of the chiral selector substitution degree on the enantioseparation of ofloxacin in chiral capillary electrophoresis experiments,the effects of the substitution degree of hydroxypropyl-β-cyclodextrin(HP-β-CD)on the inclusion complex between ofloxacin and HP-β-CD were investigated according to different substitution degrees.The results showed that the enantioseparation resolution changed significantly with the substitution degree.Moreover,the best separation resolution was found for a DS(degree of substitution)=7.9.The methods of determining DS were also discussed.Using these methods,the quality of commercial hydroxypropyl-β-cyclodextrin products can be effectively monitored,and the stability and effectiveness in teaching of the chiral capillary electrophoresis experiment can be ensured.
