营商环境优化对科技型企业创新意愿的影响

摘　　要：创新是引领发展的第一动力,营商环境优化是促进企业创新的重要突破口。为探讨营商环境优化对企业创新意愿的影响与内在机制,对248家科技型企业进行问卷调查的研究结果发现:营商环境优化能够显著促进企业创新意愿的形成,企业感知价值在两者之间起到中介作用并且环境不确定性会抑制营商环境优化对企业感知价值的正向影响。基于此,我国应持续优化营商环境,助力企业创新发展。Innovation is the primary force guiding development,business environment optimization is an important breakthrough to promote enterprise innovation. To explore the influence and intrinsic mechanism of business environment optimization on enterprises’ willingness to innovate,the findings of the questionnaire survey to 248 scientific and technological enterprises found that business environment optimization can significantly promote the formation of enterprises’ willingness to innovate,and the mediation effects of enterprises’ perceived value. The positive impact of business environment optimization on perceived value of firms is dampened by environmental uncertainty. Based on this research,China should continue to optimize business environment,and assistance enterprise innovation and development.
