摘 要:当前职业教育中存在德育素养培养体系化不足,学生德育、技能增值性评价不健全等问题。结合高职院校实践,构建了“育德强技、多维习得”人才培养模式及对应的评价机制。基于多年实施情况,建立了覆盖课上课下、线上线下、校内校外的学生德、技培养网格化矩阵,通过德育、技能体系化建设和协同推进,形成了学生德、技成长全周期的动态评价和持续改进的范式,实现了学生多维习得过程与内生发展动力契合的可持续发展人才培养模式,以此为基础,探索出一条动态化诊断改进课程、专业建设的方法,有效提升了专业人才培养水平。At present,there are some problems in vocational education,such as the lack of systematic cultivation of moral education and the unsound evaluation of students’moral education and skill increment.Combined with the practice of higher vocational colleges,the educational mode of"cultivating morality,strengthening skills and multi-dimensional acquisition"and its corresponding evaluation mechanism are constructed.Based on years of implementation,a grid matrix of students’moral and technical cultivation covering both in and out of class,online and offline,and on campus and off campus has been established.Through the systematic construction and collaborative promotion of moral education and skills,a paradigm of dynamic evaluation and continuous improvement in the whole cycle of students’moral and technical growth has been formed,which realize the sustainable development education mode of integrating the multi-dimensional acquisition process and endogenous development motivation of students.Based on this,a method of dynamic diagnosis to improve curriculum and specialty construction is explored,which effectively improves the level of professional talent cultivation.
