摘　　要：人才培养是高等学校的核心使命,人才培养质量是办学水平的主要体现。如何为国家为社会为企业培养应用型人才是当前高校教育教学改革的重中之重?应用型人才的培养不同于学术型人才和技能型人才,其特征在于学以致用,以用为本。近年来,随着社会的发展和社会分工的细化,急需有一定的理论基础、实践能力和创新能力的应用型人才。基于此,本文将从目前各鞋类设计高校培养应用型人才的现状入手,探索基于应用型人才培养的鞋类设计教学模式的创新构建,为相关教育工作从业者提供可参考的建议。Talent training is the core mission of institutions of higher learning,and the quality of talent training is the main embodiment of the level of running a school.How to train applied talents for the country and the society for enterprises is the top priority of the current university education and teaching reform?The cultivation of application-oriented talents is different from that of academic talents and skilled talents,which is characterized by the application of what they have learned and based on their use.In recent years,with the development of society and the refinement of social division of labor,there is an urgent need for applied talents with certain theoretical basis,practical ability and innovation ability.Based on this,this paper will start with the current situation of cultivating application-oriented talents in various shoe design universities,and explore the innovative construction of shoe design teaching mode based on application-oriented talents training,so as to provide reference suggestions for relevant education practitioners.
