摘 要:热法盐硝联产的母液循环蒸发工艺过程及其质量衡算,是依据NaCl+Na_(2)SO_(4)+H_(2)O三元体系固液相平衡的分析。在推导出麦克劳林(Maclaurin)幂级数并解析后,计算结果表明循环母液制盐、制硝各自蒸发水量的相应值,适用于硫酸钠型卤水真空制盐工艺、相关废水处理工艺的工程计算。The co-production process of salt and sodium sulfate by evaporation crystallization method, the mass balance calculation of the co-saturated mother liquor circulation evaporation process is based on the analysis of the solid-liquid equilibrium of NaCl+Na_(2)SO_(4)+H_(2)O system. After deriving and analyzing the Maclaurin power series, the calculation results showed that the corresponding values of the respective evaporation waters of the circulating mother liquor for salt production and sodium sulfate production are suitable for the engineering calculation of the sodium sulfate type brine vacuum salt production process and related wastewater treatment processes.
