摘 要:带钢热连轧属于钢铁制造流程中的高投入、高质量和高效益生产过程,具有“大规模、高复杂、强耦合”等特性,会导致其易受故障或干扰影响,引起控制系统的性能下降及运行工况的异常波动。因此,有必要对带钢热连轧生产过程进行有效的过程监测与自愈控制,从而确保生产过程的安全可靠运行和产品质量稳定。首先,在对带钢热连轧生产过程工艺知识充分理解的基础上,分析了影响其平稳运行的关键因素;其次,阐述了带钢热连轧过程监测与故障诊断方法、容错控制与自愈技术的研究现状;再次,基于对控制系统动态性能及生产工况运行性能的监测与控制需求,提出了一种数据驱动的带钢热连轧过程监测与自愈控制一体化设计框架;最后,结合智能制造背景下我国钢铁工业的发展需求,探讨了带钢热连轧过程监测与自愈控制领域研究的未来发展方向。Hot strip rolling is the core process with high-input,high-quality and high-efficiency production in the iron and steel manufacturing process.However,the characteristics of large-scale,high-complexity,and strong coupling in the hot strip rolling process will make it vulnerable to failure or interference,which will cause the performance degradation of the control system and the fluctuation and abnormality of the operating conditions.Therefore,effective process monitoring and self-recovery control are of great significance for ensuring the safe and reliable operation and stable product quality of the hot strip rolling process.Firstly,the key factors affecting the smooth operation of the process were analyzed based on the process knowledge of the hot strip rolling process.Secondly,the existing methods on process monitoring and fault diagnosis,fault-tolerant control and self-recovery control for the hot strip rolling process were reviewed.Then,based on the monitoring and control requirements for the dynamic performance of the control system and the operating performance of the production conditions,a data-driven integrated framework for monitoring and self-recovery control of the hot strip rolling process was developed.Finally,combined with the development needs of the iron and steel industry under the background of intelligent manufacturing,the future research directions of process monitoring and self-recovery control of the hot strip rolling process was discussed.
