摘  要:通过对2019年“校长国培计划”调查数据的分析,发现校长培训项目效果比较理想,校长培训项目效果受培训需求、自我驱动力、互动与反馈、培训收获和培训阻力的影响显著。在此基础上,研究进一步运用fsQCA方法对影响校长培训项目效果的因素进行分析,提出6条提升项目培训效果的策略。其中,目标导向型、内在驱动型、过程导向型和结果导向型的参培校长能够在项目培训效果的提升中发挥重要作用。Through the analysis of the survey data of the 2019 National Training Program for Principals,it was found that the effectiveness of the principal training program was relatively satisfactory,and the effectiveness of the principal training program was significantly influenced by training needs,self-drivenness,interaction and feedback,training gains,and training resistance.The fsQCA method was used to analyze the factors affecting the effectiveness of the principal training program,and six strategies were found to improve the training effectiveness of the program.Among them,goal-oriented,intrinsically driven,process-oriented,and result-oriented participating principals can play an important role in the improvement of program training effectiveness.
