摘　　要：《水浒传》是一部伟大的古典文学名著,也是一部影响深远的智谋宝典。“三打祝家庄”是水泊梁山义军发动的首次重大战役,也是宋江上山后亲自指挥的第一仗。“一打祝家庄”,宋江败在不明地理、不察敌情、操之过急、驱兵深入盘陀路,结果险些全军覆没。“二打祝家庄”,宋江败在没有拆散扈家庄与祝家庄的联盟,又兼指挥失当,结果一味苦战而仍然不胜。“三打祝家庄”,宋江所以大获全胜,主要在于他吸取了前两役失利的教训并成功运用了正确的战略战术的原因。The Water Margin is a great classic literary masterpiece as well as a treasury of wisdom and stratum with far-reaching influence. “Three Assaults on the Zhu Family Village” was the first major battle launched by the uprising army of Liangshan marsh. It also was the first battle directed by Song Jiang since he joined the uprising army. In the first assault on the Zhu Family Village, Song Jiang was defeated due to his lack of understanding of the geographical information, the enemy’s information, the urgency of operation, and driving the troops into Pantuo Road. Eventually, his army was almost completely annihilated. In the second assault on the Zhu Family Village, Song Jiang was defeated due to his failure in dismissing the alliance of the Hu Family Village and the Zhu Family Village. In addition to his inappropriate command of persisting in battling,the victory was not gained. In the third assault on the Zhu Family Village, the reason why Song Jiang gained a complete victory was because he had drawn lessons from the previous two defeated campaigns and successfully applied the correct strategic tactics.
