摘　　要：为充分了解高职农业类专业教师课程思政的开展情况和面临问题,该文采用问卷调查的方式,就农业类专业教师课程思政认知、课程思政能力提升路径、课程思政教育开展情况、教师面临困境和问题以及教学建议等方面进行研究和剖析,结果发现教师对课程思政的了解程度和认可度较高,但在专业课程教学中开展课程思政教育还存在一定难度,面临专业课程蕴含思政元素挖掘困难、课程思政教学经验和实践方法欠缺、思政教育内容与专业教学内容融入生硬刻板等问题。因此,今后还需要进一步增强教师课程思政建设和实施能力、进一步完善课程思政建设和实施保障,以便更有效推进教师课程思政教学建设与改革,促进农业人才培养。In order to fully understand the implementation situation and existing problems of the ideological and political education of agricultural teachers in vocational colleges,this paper carried out a survey and analysis on the cognition of the ideological and political education of agricultural teachers,the promotion path of ideological and political education in the course,the current situation of the implementation of the ideological and political education in the course,the existing difficulties and problems,and teaching suggestions.The results show that teachers have a high degree of understanding and recognition of ideological and political education in the course.However,there are still some difficulties carrying out ideological and political education in professional curriculum teaching.They are faced with some problems,such as difficulties in mining ideological and political elements,lack of experience and practical methods in ideological and political education,integration of ideological and political education content and professional teaching content,and so on.Therefore,it is necessary to further strengthen teachers’ideological and political education construction and implementation ability,and further improve relevant guarantee,so as to more effectively promote the construction and reform of teachers’ideological and political education in the course teaching and enhance the training of agricultural talents.
