摘  要:高职院校文化传承的对象应该包括地方特色文化,这取决于高职院校服务地方经济社会发展的特点。高职院校根据地方经济社会发展需要,结合学校人才培养能力的情况,深入研究地方特色文化内涵和外延,构建符合建成社会主义现代化强国和建设技能型社会需要的地方特色文化知识、技能和素质体系,梳理教学材料和文献资料,开设地方特色文化课程。广东工贸职业技术学院建设了具有广东商贸行业特色文化课程“粤商文化”,开展线上+线下混合式教学、观摩实操+研讨的翻转课堂教学,促使学生认同粤商“敢为天下先”等文化特质,增强“四个自信”。The objects of cultural inheritance in higher vocational colleges should include local specific culture,which depends on the characteristics of higher vocational colleges serving local economic and social development.Based on the needs of local economic and social development and the school's ability to train talents,higher vocational colleges should conduct in-depth research on the connotations and extensions of local specific cultures,construct local specific cultural knowledge,skills,and quality systems that are in line with the needs of building a socialist modernization power and a skilled society,sort out teaching materials and literature,and open courses on local specific cultures.Guangdong Polytechnic of Industry and Commerce has developed a course on Guangdong commercial specific culture,Guangdong Business Culture,and has implemented a flipped classroom teaching model that combines online and offline learning,observation of practical operations,and discussion,which has encouraged students to identify with the cultural traits of Guangdong businessmen,such as“dare to be the first in the world”,and enhance their“four self-confidences”.
