心育视域下高职学生思想动态教育机制探索

摘　　要：及时关注大学生思想动态是高校思政育人工作的重要内容。心理教育与思政教育的协同作用,促进了一体化、全贯通的高校思想政治工作体系的形成。运用思想价值引领的心理机制,将更有利于帮助教育工作者及时准确地把握高职学生思想和行为不断变化的新特点、新情况、新问题,创造性地形成能够与高职学生思想动态教育工作发展需求进行对接的高校思想政治工作体系,从而实现全面提升高校思想政治工作质量。Timely attention to the ideological dynamics of college students is an important content of ideological and political education in colleges and universities. The effect of psychological education and ideological and political education promotes the formation of an integrated system of ideological and political work in colleges and universities. Using psychological thought value guidance mechanism, it will be more conducive to help education workers timely and accurately grasp the new characteristics of vocational students’ thought and behavior changing, new situation and new problems, and creatively formation can be dynamic and vocational students’ ideological education work development requirements in terms of docking system of ideological and political work in colleges and universities, so as to realize the comprehensive quality of ideological and political work in colleges and universities.
