摘  要:学生干部是学校院系的骨干精英,是学生管理队伍的中坚力量,是新时代青年学生中的榜样和旗帜。但是目前高职院校学生干部的形象与素养不容乐观,主要表现在工作主动性不强、工作能力下降、心理承受能力弱等方面,高职院校应采取相应的激励措施来提高学生干部的核心素养和综合素养。本文旨在通过深挖动力机制的影响因子,研究并建立新时代高职院校学生管理中的动力机制,提升学生干部的工作能力和政治素养、专业素养、职业素养等“三素养”,进一步提高学生干部的综合素质。Student cadres are the backbone elites of the school departments, the backbone of the student management team, and the model and banner among young students in the new era. However, at present, the image and quality of student cadres in higher vocational colleges are not optimistic, mainly in the aspects of weak work initiative, reduced work ability, and weak psychological endurance. Higher vocational colleges should take corresponding incentive measures to improve the core and comprehensive quality of student cadres. The purpose of this study is to establish the dynamic mechanism in the student management of higher vocational colleges in the new era by digging deeply into the influencing factors of the dynamic mechanism,so as to improve the working ability of student cadres and the three qualities such as political quality, professional quality, and professional quality, and further improve the comprehensive quality of student cadres.
