摘 要:为探究社会工作介入儿童德育的可行性,本文详细回顾了一项由社会工作者主导、以小组工作形式开展的、针对随迁儿童德育问题的探索性干预项目的背景、设计思路、介入方案及实施效果,并得出以下结论:第一,项目选择以流动儿童在现有的家庭、学校及社区教育中未能解决的德育问题作为干预点无疑是合适的,既满足了服务对象的切实需求,也为社会工作介入儿童德育找到了可行的方向;第二,采用社会工作的小组工作方法干预儿童德育问题总体上是恰当的,在群体和个体两个层面都取得了明显的成效,但对德育问题较为严重的个体,可能还要辅以个案工作才能取得更为明显的成效;第三,项目的干预成效源于严格的问题取向、逻辑的方案设计、认真的实施过程和专业的工作态度。In order to explore the feasibility of social work intervention in children’s moral education,this paper has reviewed the background,design ideas,intervention plans and implementation results of an exploratory intervention project led by social workers and carried out in the form of group work,which aimed at the moral education problems of children of rural-to-urban migrant workers,and thus it has drawn the following conclusions:Frishy It is appropriate for the project to choose the unsolved problems in the moral education of migrant children at home,school or in community as its intervention points,which met the needs of service objects,and also found a feasible direction for social workers to intervene in children’s moral education;Secondly It is generally appropriate to use the group work method of social work to intervene in children’s moral education,which has achieved obvious results at both the group and individual levels,but for individuals with more serious moral education problems,it may be necessary to use case study to achieve more obvious results;Thirdly The intervention effect of the project came from strict problem orientation,logical scheme design,serious implementation process and professional working attitude.
