艺术职业教育的社会适应性之思考——以表演艺术为例

摘  要:区域化、全球化、文化法治化促使艺人职业生态发生巨大的改变,也导致艺术职业教育的深刻变革。文艺团体中的艺人许多来自艺术职业教育机构的毕业生,艺人良好的职业生态很大程度取决于艺术职业教育的社会适应性。对表演艺术职业调查显示:演员生态有了一定改善,但存在专业素质、职业认同、权益保障等诸多问题。这些问题的实质是当前艺术职业教育的社会适应性不足。艺术职业教育的社会适应性主要体现为生态要素与可持续发展两个因子。为此,提高艺术职业教育的社会适应性主要路径有:“官”“民”共促艺术职业者生态优化;产教同盟提升职业教育和文艺团体水平;艺术职业教育增强学生的专业及规则素质。因此,探究艺术职业教育的社会适应性,对高质量发展艺术教育职业教育具有现实意义。Regionalization, globalization and rule of culture law have led to tremendous changes in artist’s profession ecology, as well as profound changes in art vocational education. Many artists in art groups are graduates of art vocational education institutions.To a large extent, a good career ecology of artists depends on social adaptability of art vocational education. A survey on performing arts occupation shows that actor ecology has a certain extent to improvement, but there are many problems such as professional quality, professional identity, and protection of rights and interests. The essence of these problems is lack of social adaptability of current art vocational education. The social adaptability of art vocational education is mainly reflected in two factors: ecological factors and sustainable development. To this end, main paths to improve social adaptability of art vocational education are as follows: “official” and “folk” jointly promote ecological optimization of art professional, industry-education alliance improves level of vocational education and art groups, and art vocational education enhances students’ professional and regulatory quality. Therefore, exploring social adaptability of art vocational education has practical significance for high-quality development of art education vocational education.
