摘 要:近年来,我国部分高校的部分学科呈现“跨越式”与“赶超式”发展态势,但这种现象在医学等其他学科中并未发生。这一现象所生发的问题是:时间积累是否仍是学科建设的必要约束条件。不同学科是否在时间投入上有着差异化的需求。为回答上述问题,本研究实证分析发现:尽管存在学科“跨越式”发展现象,但高校学科建设依然受时间因素的普遍约束,遵循“累积建设时间越长,高校学科建设水平越高”的客观规律;同时,不同学科有着差异化的时间投入需求。在“破五唯”政策背景下,本研究提示政府与高校在认知学科时间需求差异的基础上,优化政策设计,充分保障学科建设的时间投入。Recently, the academic disciplines of some Chinese universities have shown a “leapfrogging”and “ surpassing” development trend, which has not occurred in some other academic fields like medical science. The phenomenon generates some questions: is time accumulation still a necessary constraint for academic discipline construction? Do different disciplines have various demands for time investment?Aiming to address these questions, this empirical study finds that despite the phenomenon of “leapfrogging”development of academic disciplines, the construction of academic disciplines in universities is still generally constrained by the time factor and follows the objective law that “ the longer the cumulative construction time, the higher the level of discipline construction in universities”. Meanwhile, different academic disciplines have a variety of time investment requirements. Under the background of the“Breaking Five Orientations” policy, this study suggests that the government and universities should optimize the policy design and fully guarantee the time input of academic discipline construction on the basis of recognizing the difference in time demands of academic disciplines.
