论中国式现代化的精神动力

摘　　要：一百多年前新文化运动的初衷和马克斯·韦伯命题表明,中国现代化必须找到强大的精神动力。中国共产党运用马克思关于物质力量与精神力量关系的辩证法,构建了以伟大建党精神为源头的精神谱系,领导人民在精神上从被动转为主动,通过革命、建设和改革开放,成功锻造了中国式现代化的精神动力。党的二十大报告,也是有关中国式现代化精神动力的纲领性宣言。以人的逻辑超越物的逻辑、以实践理性超越经济理性,是中国式现代化在精神动力层面上区别于西方现代化的核心特征。今天,丰富人民精神世界、增强现代化精神动力,是中国式现代化的本质要求,也是国内外形势的现实要求。中国式现代化精神动力具有以创新理论武装、以优秀传统文化为根基、以人民为主体、以党的自我革命引领、以团结奋斗凝聚等“中国特色”。在增强中国式现代化精神动力过程中,需要把握好满足与增强、态度与方法、全面与重点、特色与共同、自信与耐心等辩证关系。The original intent of the New Culture Movement over a hundred years ago and the Weberian Proposition both suggest that Chinese modernization must find a strong spiritual impetus.Applying Marx’s dialectics on the relationship between material and spiritual forces,the Communist Party of China created a spiritual genealogy with the great founding spirit of the Party as its source,and led the people to move from passive to active in terms of their attitude,forging a spiritual driving force for Chinese modernization through all the phases including New Democratic Revolution,Socialist Construction and the Reform and Opening-up.The report to the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China is also a comprehensive declaration on the spiritual impetus for Chinese modernization.A distinguishing feature of Chinese modernization,as compared to that of the Western,is that it transcends the logic of thing with human logic and economic rationality with practical rationality on the spiritual level.Today,Chinese modernization needs to enrich the people’s spiritual world and enhance its spiritual impetus,as required by the realistic conditions of home and abroad.The spiritual impetus of Chinese modernization has“Chinese characteristics”,i.e.being armed with innovative theories,being based on traditional culture,being led by the people,being pioneered by the Party’s self-revolution,and being united by concerted efforts for common cause.In the process of enhancing the spiritual impetus of Chinese modernization,it is necessary to grasp the dialectical relationship between satisfaction and enhancement,attitude and method,comprehensiveness and emphasis,characteristics and commonality,self-confidence and patience,etc.
