摘　　要：包拯是中国历史上家喻户晓的清官代表,塑造其形象的文学作品不胜枚举。包公文学早在19世纪初就被译介到法国,之后便开启包拯在法国180多年的译介之旅。本文采用描述性研究方法,系统地梳理包公文学百年法译历程,探究影响其传播的因素,从而探讨如何推动包公形象的跨文化交流与传播,建构积极的中国形象。Throughout Chinese history, Bao Zheng is a well-known representative of upright officials. The literary works that have shaped his image are numerous. As early as the 19th century, literature about Judge Bao’s deeds and achievements was translated and introduced to France, marking the beginning of the translation and introduction journey about Judge Bao in France, which has now lasted for more than 180 years. This paper uses a descriptive research method by offering a systematic review of French translations of Judge Bao’s literature, and exploring the factors affecting its dissemination. It also explores how to promote the cross-cultural communication and dissemination of Judge Bao’s image and relay a positive image of China.
