摘　　要：目的探究联合筋膜鞘(CFS)+提上睑肌复合体缩短术,治疗小睑裂综合征(BPES)以及中重度上睑下垂的效果及患者满意度。方法搜集2015年2月—2020年6月,15例确诊为BPES以及中重度上睑下垂患者的病例资料进行回顾性研究。所有患者行CFS+提上睑肌复合体缩短,以及内眦开大术。通过术后测量和随访,观察患者提上睑肌肌力、角膜暴露改善情况,评估治疗总有效率以及患者满意度。结果随访2年,15例患者中回访11例,效果满意9例、治疗有效10例。结论CFS+提上睑肌复合体缩短术治疗BPES以及中重度上睑下垂患者效果良好、稳定,患者满意度较高。Objective To investigate the effect and the patient satisfaction of combined fascial sheath(CFS)+levator complex shortening for treating blepharophimosis-ptosis-epicanthus inversus syndrome(BPES)and moderate to severe ptosis.Methods A retrospective study of 15patients diagnosed with BPES and moderate to severe ptosis was conducted from February 2015 to June 2020.All patients underwent CFS+shortening of the levator complex and medial canthoplasty.Post-operative measurements and follow-ups were performed to observe the improvement in levator muscle strength and corneal exposure and to assess the overall effectiveness of treatment and patient satisfaction.Results At 2 years follow-up,11 of 15 patients returned,expressing satisfaction in 9 cases and effective treatment in 10 cases.Conclusions CFS+levator complex shortening for BPES and moderate to severe ptosis had good,stable results and high patient satisfaction.
