摘　　要：高职IT技能人才工匠精神的培育是IT产业、专业、人才发展的内在要求。基于大数据技术对IT岗位非技能要求的分析,提出IT技能人才所需的特有匠心。在分析当前高职IT人才培养现状的基础上,以江苏海事学院IT类专业为例,通过项目化教学、职业精神养成、三教改革、技能竞赛等诸多载体与路径,构建高职IT类专业学生工匠精神培育的人才培养模式,从供给侧发力促进IT职业教育的发展。The craftsmanship spirit of IT professionals in higher vocational institutes is the internal requirement for the industry development,major development and talent development of IT.Based big data analysis of the unskilled requirement for IT positions,the special professionalism for IT professionals is proposed.The current situation of IT talent cultivation in vocational colleges is analyzed.A craftsmanship spirit cultivation method for IT students of Jiangsu Maritime Institute is constructed.It includes project-based teaching,professional spirit cultivation,education reform,skills competition and so on.It can effectively promote the development of IT vocational education from the supply side.
