PBL教学法在高校羽毛球专选课中的应用研究

摘　　要：当前,传统教学法仍然是高校体育教育专业羽毛球专选课中应用最为普遍的方法。随着高校体育课程改革的逐步推进,高校学校体育教学方法得以不断丰富,涌现出许多新的教学方法。为了探究PBL教学法在提高学生身体素质、羽毛球技能水平、参与体育活动兴趣、体育锻炼态度等方面的作用,本文利用实验法和问卷法等方法对湘潭市某高校羽毛球专选班40名男生、34名女生开展了对照试验研究。该实验将74名学生随机分为两组,每组年龄在18.3±3.7岁之间,对照组采用传统教学方法,实验组采用PBL教学法。实践结果显示:PBL教学法对学生身体素质、羽毛球技能水平、参与体育活动兴趣、体育锻炼态度等方面均有促进作用。结论:PBL教学法优于传统的教学方法。Today,the traditional teaching method is still the most commonly used method in elective badminton course for physical education(P.E.)majors in colleges and universities.The reform of P.E.curriculum in colleges and universities has brought an increasing number of new P.E.teaching methods in colleges and universities.The goal of this study is to disclose the role of PBL teaching method in improving students’physical quality,badminton technique level,interest in participating in sports activities,and attitude towards physical exercise.A controlled experiment was done on 40 male students and 34 female students in an elective badminton course of a university in Xiangtan by means of experiment and questionnaire.They were randomly divided into two groups,each group aged 18.3±3.7 years.The control group used traditional teaching methods,and the experimental group used PBL teaching method.Results revealed that PBL teaching method can promote students’physical quality,badminton skill level,interest in participating in sports activities and attitude towards physical exercise.It reveals that the PBL teaching method is superior to the traditional teaching method and has important practical significance in promoting the continuous deepening of teaching reform.
