摘  要:目的探讨基于雨课堂的混合式教学模式在临床医学专业留学生泌尿系统肿瘤教学中的应用效果。方法选取中国医科大学2017级临床医学专业96名留学生为研究对象,按照所在班级将其分为试验组和对照组,每组48名留学生。试验组留学生采用基于雨课堂的混合式教学模式,对照组留学生采用传统教学模式。通过考核成绩和问卷调查结果对两组留学生的教学效果进行评估。结果平时学习成绩比较,试验组和对照组留学生的成绩分别为(26.23±2.09)分和(21.81±3.03)分;期末理论成绩比较,试验组留学生成绩高于对照组留学生[(65.15±4.10)分vs.(59.10±7.01)分]:两组留学生考核成绩差异均具有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。问卷调查结果显示,相对于传统教学模式,基于雨课堂的混合式教学模式更有利于激发留学生的学习兴趣,提高留学生理论知识的掌握程度,有助于培养留学生的临床思维和应用能力、增强留学生的团队协作意识,两组留学生教学效果评价差异均具有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论基于雨课堂的混合式教学模式应用于留学生泌尿系统肿瘤教学中效果理想,能够提升留学生的学习成绩和综合素质,值得进一步推广和应用。Objective To investigate the effect of blended learning combined with rain classroom platform in genitourinary tumor unit in international medical students’education.Methods Ninety-six international students of clinical medicine specialty,Grade 2017 from China Medical University were selected and divided randomly into two groups:experimental group(blended learning mode based on rain classroom platform)and control group(traditional teaching mode).The teaching effects were evaluated by performance evaluation and questionnaires.Results In the part of usually test,the scores of experimental group and control group were(26.23±2.09)and(21.81±3.03),respectively(P<0.05).In the part of final exam,the scores of experimental group and control group were(65.15±4.10)and(59.10±7.01),respectively(P<0.05).Compared with traditional teaching method,the new teaching mode had more advantages in stimulating students’study interest,mastering the theoretical knowledge,developing the clinical thinking ability,and improving the team work spirits(all P<0.05).Conclusions Application of the novel blended learning method based on rain classroom platform could significantly improve the teaching effects and students’satisfaction,which is worth of being generalized.
