摘  要:生物安全伦理教育是医学研究生培养中的重要内容,也是医学研究生顺利开展临床诊疗和科研工作的重要保障。当前,在医学研究生安全伦理教育过程中,存在着伦理意识欠缺、课程学时数偏少、内容更新偏慢等问题。本文基于医学研究生生物安全伦理教育的重要性,结合生物安全伦理教育现状,分析当前存在的问题,就提高生物安全伦理教育水平的策略进行了思考,如加大伦理知识培训、增加相关课程学时、丰富教学内容和手段等。Biosafety ethics education is an important part of the cultivation of medical postgraduates,and it is also an important guarantee for students to carry out clinical and scientific research work smoothly.At present,there are some problems in the process of safety ethics education for medical postgraduates,such as lack of ethical awareness,less education hours,and slow content update.Based on the importance of biosafety ethics education for medical postgraduates,combined with the current situation of biosafety ethics education,this paper analyzes the current problems and discusses the methods to improve the level of education,such as increasing the training of ethics knowledge,increasing the time of education courses and enriching the means of teaching content.
