摘 要:当前关于建筑业数字技术发展和数字化转型等问题尚未达成共识,尤为缺乏从理论高度系统化的研究,为此,基于技术逻辑视角,以建筑信息模型(BIM)为例,梳理建筑业数字技术的内涵以及中国建筑业数字技术的社会演进,探索高质量发展背景下建筑业数字化发展和转型的路径。结果表明:中国建筑业近30年经历多次技术变革,包括从传统的手绘制图转为计算机辅助设计、从二维图纸到三维模型以及实现项目的信息化管理等,数字技术从软件化到数字化、网络化,最后实现智能化的社会演进,推动建筑业的工作方式、组织形态和商业模式等发生改变。然而,BIM技术在中国目前还处于初期发展阶段,亟须深入拓展相关研究和实践。At present, there is no consensus on the development of digital technology and digital transformation in the construction industry, especially the lack of systematic theoretical research, therefor, based on the perspective of technical logic, taking the building information model(BIM) as an example, the connotation of digital technology in the construction industry and the social evolution of China’s construction industry digital technology are analyzed,and the path of digital development and transformation of construction industry under the background of high quality development is explored. The results show that China’s construction industry has undergone many technological changes in the past 30 years, including the transformation from traditional hand-drawn drawings to computer-aided design, from two-dimensional drawings to three-dimensional models, and the realization of project information management, while digital technology transforms from software to digitalization, networking, and finally to intelligent social evolution, which promotes the construction industry in terms of working ways, organizational forms, and business model changes. However, BIM is still in the early stage of development in China, and it is urgent to further expand relevant research and practice.
