摘 要:变频恒压供水系统因为具有供水质量好、自动化程度高等特点而得到了广泛运用。但是在实际应用中存在系统响应迟滞的问题,导致输出压力有明显波动,对供水管路产生冲击影响。为解决这一问题,将模糊预测控制技术应用到变频恒压供水系统中。文章首先介绍了变频恒压供水系统的结构组成,并构建了基于模糊预测控制的供水系统模型,通过模型预测、滚动优化、反馈校正,保证了模糊预测控制算法的实现。随后使用该系统进行实验,对比验证模糊预测控制和PID控制下系统的输出压力曲线。结果表明,采用模糊预测控制达到设定压力、实现稳定运行的用时更短,水量波动范围更小,控制效果更好。Variable frequency constant pressure water supply system has been widely used because of its good water supply quality and high degree of automation. However, there is a problem of system response hysteresis in practical application, resulting in obvious fluctuation of output pressure and impact on water supply pipeline. In order to solve this problem, fuzzy predictive control technology is applied to variable frequency constant pressure water supply system. Firstly, the structure of variable frequency constant pressure water supply system is introduced, and a water supply system model based on fuzzy predictive control is constructed. Through model prediction, rolling optimization and feedback correction, the fuzzy predictive control algorithm is guaranteed to be realized. Then the system is used for experiments to compare and verify the output pressure curves of the system under fuzzy predictive control and PID control. The results show that the use of fuzzy predictive control to achieve the set pressure and stable operation time is shorter, the water fluctuation range is smaller, and the control effect is better.
