摘 要:目的评价儿科护士应用强化护理管理对工作压力的影响。方法选择山东省泰安市妇幼保健院儿科38名护士作为研究对象,于2020年8月—2021年8月执行传统护理管理作为管理前,于2021年9月—2022年9月期间施行强化护理管理作为管理后,分析管理前后儿科护士的管理效果。结果管理后,护士工作压力(管理和人际关系、患者护理、工作仪器设备与环境、工作量和时间分配、护理专业和工作问题)低于管理前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。管理后,护士的工作满意度(休息时间、工作压力、安全感、工作成就感以及人际关系)高于管理前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。管理后,护士的工作质量(护理文书、护理执行规范、消毒隔离、风险评估、基础护理以及护理操作)高于管理前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。管理后,护士的工作倦怠感(情绪疲溃感、工作冷漠感、个人工作无成就感)低于管理前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论儿科护士管理中采用强化护理管理可以提高护士的满意度和工作质量,减轻工作压力,值得在儿科护理管理中使用与推广。Objective To evaluate the effect of pediatric nurses'application of intensive nursing management on work stress.Methods A total of 38 pediatric nurses in Tai'an Maternal and Child Health Hospital of Shandong Province were selected as the research objects.Traditional nursing management was implemented from August 2020 to August 2021 as the before management,and intensive nursing management was implemented from September 2021 to September 2022 as the after management.The management effect of pediatric nurses before and after management was analyzed.Results After management,nurses'work pressure(management and interpersonal relationship,patient care,work equipment and environment,workload and time allocation,nursing profession and work problems)was lower than that before management,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After management,the job satisfaction of nurses(rest time,work pressure,sense of security,sense of achievement and interpersonal relationship)was higher than that before management,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After management,the work quality of nurses(nursing documents,nursing implementation norms,disinfection and isolation,risk assessment,basic nursing and nursing operation)was higher than that before management,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After management,nurses'job burnout(emotional exhaustion,job apathy,personal accomplishment)was lower than that before management,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of intensive nursing management in the management of pediatric nurses can improve the satisfaction of nurses,workqualing and reduce work pressure and is worth using and promoting in the management of pediatric nursing.It is worth to be used and promoted in pediatric nursing management.
