摘 要:目的分析研究呼吸科实习教学中Seminar教学法的运用效果。方法选取2019年1月—2021年12月期间于南华大学附属长沙市中心医院呼吸科进行临床实习的42名医学生为研究对象,所有学生均来自同一所高校;以随机数表法将其中21名实习生纳入常规教学组,其余21名实习生纳入观察教学组;对比两组实习生出科考核成绩及对带教工作的满意度。结果观察教学组学生的考核成绩和对带教工作的满意度均高于常规教学组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论相较于常规带教工作法,将Seminar教学法应用在呼吸科的实习教学工作中能够有效提高实习生的出科成绩,且学生对于带教工作的满意度更高,有利于培养实习生的专业素养,为临床提供高素质人才。Objective To analyze and study the effect of using Seminar teaching method in the teaching of respiratory science internship.Methods 42 medical students who did clinical practice in the Department of Respiratory Medicine of Changsha Central Hospital Affiliated to University of South China from January 2019 to December 2021.as the study subjects.All students were from the same university;21 interns were included in the conventional teaching group,and the remaining 21 interns were included in the observation teaching group;the scores of the two groups of interns and their satisfaction with the teaching work were compared.Results The assessment results and satisfaction of the students in the observation group were higher than those in the conventional teaching group by random number table method,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with the conventional teaching method,the application of Seminar teaching method in the teaching of respiratory medicine can effectively improve the performance of interns,and students are more satisfied with the teaching work,which is conducive to cultivating the professionalism of interns and providing high-quality talents for clinical practice.
