工匠精神融入中高职“3+3”分段培养全过程的路径探析

摘  要:工匠精神是中国制造向中国智造转变背景下引发社会高度关注的职业精神。当前高职院校在培育工匠精神过程中存在着学生对工匠精神的情感认同度不高、学校对工匠精神的培育重视度不足、企业对工匠精神的需求融入度不深等问题。中高职“3+3”分段培养项目融入工匠精神能为社会培养大量的高素质技术技能型人才,助力高等职业教育提质培优,有力推动企业高质量发展。高职院校应构建学习融合圈、营造文化渗透圈和搭建实践锤炼圈,把工匠精神贯穿于人才培养全过程。The craftsman spirit is a professional spirit that has attracted great attention from the society in the context of the transition from“Made in China”to“Intelligent Manufacturing in China”.At present,in the process of cultivating the spirit of craftsmanship in higher vocational colleges,there are still problems such as low emotional recognition of the spirit of craftsmanship by students,insufficient attention to the cultivation of the spirit of craftsmanship in schools,and insufficient integration of the needs of enterprises for the spirit of craftsmanship.The integration of craftsmanship into the“3+3”sub-cultivation project of secondary and higher vocational education can cultivate a large number of high-quality technical and skilled talents for the society,help higher vocational education improve the quality and cultivate excellence,and effectively promote the high-quality development of enterprises.Higher vocational colleges should build a learning integration circle,a cultural penetration circle and a practice tempering circle,so that the spirit of craftsmanship runs through the whole process of talent training.
