摘　　要：新时代下,新农科建设是以“培养什么人、怎样培养人、为谁培养人”为根本问题。“怎样培养人”成为高校推进新农科建设的关键步骤,而人才的培养离不开教学。由此可知,教学团队的管理的好坏直接关系到人才培养的质量。本文针对农林经济管理专业的教学团队管理进行了深入研究,剖析了其管理存在的问题,并根据问题提出了几点改进意见。In the new era,the construction of new agricultural sciences is based on the fundamental issue of"what kind of people to train,how to train people,and for whom"."How to train people"has become a key step for colleges and universities to promote the construction of new agricultural sciences,and the training of talents is inseparable from teaching.It can be seen that the quality of the management of the teaching team is directly related to the quality of personnel training.This paper conducts an in-depth study on the management of the teaching team of agriculture and forestry economic management,analyzes the problems existing in its management,and puts forward some suggestions for improvement according to the problems.
