摘　　要：随着人口不断增长,我国食用油及食用与饲用蛋白严重不足,迫切需要寻找木本蛋白油料资源。作为一种优良豆科多用途树种,水黄皮籽粒产量大,油酯与蛋白含量高,对环境适应性强,近些年,引起世界广泛关注。过去限于驯化改良与深加工技术,水黄皮主要作为工业原料及生物柴油资源开发利用。随着深加工技术发展,水黄皮籽粒已经被加工成食用油、食用与饲用蛋白。文章简要介绍水黄皮的研究进展,着重介绍水黄皮育种改良、栽培与食用开发进展,旨在为加快我国水黄皮产业发展提供参考。China faces huge gaps in edible oils and food proteins due to its rapid population growth.It is urgent to explore alternative resources of edible oil and food protein.In recent years,as a multipurpose leguminous tree,Pongamia pinnata(L.)Pierre has caused widespread concerns due to its high seed productivity,high oil and protein contents,and wide adaptation to different environments.In the past,limited to domestication and deep processing technology,P.pinnata seeds were only util-ized as industrial raw materials and biodiesel resources.With innovative process technologies,P.pinnata seeds have been processed as an edible oil and food protein.This paper briefly outlines the related studies in P.pinnata and highlights the ad-vances in breeding,cultivation,and food processing.It will provide new insights into developing the Pongamia industry in China.
