摘　　要：努力实现中华优秀传统文化的创造性转化、创新性发展是时代之需。以辩证思维破除不合时宜的“前见”遮蔽是中华优秀传统文化创造性转化的必由之路。从中华人民共和国成立以来的文化建设经验出发,总结我国优秀传统文化创造性转化的实践路径主要有三条。一是破除唯物/唯心的简单化研判,领悟传统文化的精神真谛;二是全面分析礼法学说,吸取传统文化的法政智慧;三是以辩证思维扬弃教条化的经学注疏式治学形式,面向现实、会通古今。中华优秀传统文化的创造性转化将引领优秀遗传基因代代相传,向世界展示我国真实而全面、立体而多彩的文明大国形象和东方大国形象。It is the need of the times to realize the creative transformation and innovative development of Chinese excellent traditional culture. Breaking the obscurity of foresight with dialectical thinking is the only way for the creative transformation of Chinese excellent traditional culture. Starting from the cultural construction experience since the founding of the People’s Republic of China, there are three main practical paths for the creative transformation of Chinese excellent traditional culture. The first is to get rid of the simplistic research and judgment of materialism and idealism, and to understand the spiritual essence of traditional culture;the second is to comprehensively analyze the doctrine of etiquette and law, and absorb the legal and political wisdom of traditional culture;the third is to use the dialectical thinking to sublates the dogmatism classics annotates the sparse style scholarly study form, to face the reality, and to understand the ancient and the modern. The creative transformation of excellent traditional culture will lead its excellent genes to be handed down from generation to generation, and present to the world the true and comprehensive, three-dimensional and colorful image of China as a great civilized country and a great Oriental country.
