摘　　要：我们给出了环面流形具有自旋结构的充分必要条件,该条件仅依赖于环面流形的示性函数.此外,我们还给出了如下结论:一个3维单凸多面体P^(3)可4-染色等价于其上存在一个3维自旋小覆盖或者6维自旋环面流形.We give a necessary and sufficient condition,which depends only on the characteristic function,for a toric manifold to admit a spin structure.Furthermore,we get that the four-color theorem on a 3-simple polytope P^(3)is equivalent to the existence of any one 3-spin small cover or 6-spin toric manifold over it.
