摘 要:为了解决目前公办幼儿园师资数量紧缺问题,一些地方政府采取招聘派遣制公办幼儿园教师的方式补充师资队伍。尽管该模式有效解决了公办幼儿园师资短缺问题,稳定了学前教师队伍,但还存在管理评价主体不明确以及教师岗位职责、绩效、评优选先等方面的评价指标缺失等问题,影响了学前教育质量。通过对公办幼儿园派遣制教师的评价现状调研,结合学前教师专业标准,提出建立公办幼儿园派遣制教师评价的三个原则,并在此基础上建构公办幼儿园派遣制教师的评价指标体系。In order to solve the current shortage of teachers in public kindergartens,some local governments supplement the teaching staff by recruiting dispatched teachers.Although this model has effectively solved the shortage of teachers in public kindergartens and stabilized the preschool teaching staff,there are still problems such as unclear management and evaluation subjects,lack of job responsibilities,performance,selection evaluation and other evaluation indicators,which affects the quality of preschool education.Therefore,three principles of evaluating dispatched teachers in public kindergartens have been proposed by investigating the evaluation status of dispatched teachers in public kindergartens,combining with preschool teachers’professional standards.Based on the above,the evaluation index system of dispatched teachers in public kindergartens is constructed.
