江苏省高校招生中综合评价录取的实施现状、问题及改进

摘　　要：从招生专业、报名条件、选拔方式、录取办法四个方面对2021年13所在江苏省实施综合评价录取的高校的相关招生简章进行文本分析,发现试点高校在四个方面存在诸多问题,据此提出如下优化建议:优化报名条件设置,发挥学科专家主体作用;聚焦优势学科专业,构建选拔培养贯通方案;体现学科专业特色,完善科学有效选拔方式;前置使用素质档案,科学设计成绩指标构成等。This study carries out text analysis on the comprehensive evaluation admission brochures of 13 experimental universities in Jiangsu Province in 2021 from four aspects:application conditions,admission majors,selection methods and admission methods.It was found that there were many problems in the four aspects.On these grounds,this study puts forward the following suggestions.Firstly,optimize the setting of application conditions and stimulate the initiative of subject experts.Secondly,focus on the admission of advantages majors and take measures of coherent talent training.Thirdly,reflect the characteristics of admission majors and improve the effectiveness of selection methods.Lastly,make use of comprehensive files in advance and scientifically design admission indicators.
