摘 要:家庭是孤独症儿童成长的第一个环境,也是最主要的环境。高质量的家庭教育能够促进孤独症儿童的健康发展。但是,由于孤独症的核心障碍对儿童身心健康的严重损害,孤独症儿童家长在养育过程中往往承受着经济与精神的多重压力,常常陷入教育焦虑之中。面对这一困境,孤独症儿童家长需要掌握正确的教养策略,从而提升自身的教养能力。首先,家长要正确认识自身定位,学习和掌握适合其实施的教育干预策略;其次,家长需要接受必要的心理援助和专业人员的帮助,增加自身胜任力,提高情绪调节的能力;最后,家长可以团结家庭内部以及家庭间的互助力量来提升自身的抗逆力。社会也需要形成合力协助家长开展家庭教育,为家长提供必要的支持。The family is the first and the main environment of autistic children’s development,and a high-quality family education will facilitate the sound development of autistic children.However,the core disorders of autism severely impair children’s physical and mental health,and parents of autistic children tend to suffer both financial and mental stress,and become mired in educational anxiety.When confronting this dilemma,parents need to master appropriate parenting strategies so as to improve their parenting competence.First,parents must understand their own position and learn and implement appropriate educational intervention strategies;second,parents ought to improve their own competence and emotional adjustment ability by accepting essential psychological and professional assistance;finally,parents may unite the strength of mutual support within and between families to improve their own resilience.Joint efforts from society are also necessary to aid parents and provide them with essential support.
