摘  要:职业院校教师能力水平是实施“1+X”证书制度改革的关键要素之一。文章从高职纺织服装院校专业教师的岗位要求着手,对“1+X”证书制度下高职院校纺织服装类专业教师的专业能力进行分析,同时提出高职院校专业教师多元化的发展路径,如紧跟时代需求,重构专业课程体系;加强师资培训和教学资源建设;参与企业真实项目实践,提升专业实践技能;通过企业挂职和研修,增强岗位认知和专业技能;搭建产学研平台,组建创新型“双师型”教学团队,快速提升教师的专业水平。The ability level of teachers in vocational colleges is one of the key elements in the implementation of the “1+X” certificate system reform. Starting from the job requirements of professional teachers in higher vocational textile and garment colleges, this paper analyzes the professional ability of textile and garment professional teachers in higher vocational colleges under the “1+X” certificate system, at the same time, puts forward the diversified development path of professional teachers in vocational colleges, such as keeping up with the needs of the times and reconstructing the professional curriculum system;improving teacher training and constructing learning resources;participating in the practice of real projects of enterprises and improving professional practical skills;enhancing job awareness and professional skills through enterprise suspension and training;building an industry-university-research platform and form an innovative and double division team to quickly improve the professional level of teachers.
