摘 要:学习适应性主要指学生群体为适应校园生活环境和学习要求而调节自身心理和行为的表现,学生学习适应性的水平会影响其专业学习成就、学习能力、学习态度、心理素质及社会适应能力等。随机对257名高职院校数学专业学生进行的问卷调查结果显示,高职院校数学专业学生学习适应性处于中等偏上水平,其学习适应性在专业选择上存在差异,不同年级学生在学习动机、学习态度和环境因素方面存在差异。高职院校应积极开展各种学习交流活动,激发数学专业学生的学习热情。教师要引导学生端正学习态度,通过趣味团体活动和奖励机制提高学生的自制能力、抗压能力、学习适应能力,使学生在良好的学习氛围中完成学习任务。Learning adaptability mainly refers to the performance that students adjust their psychology and behavior to adapt to the campus living environment and learning requirements. The level of students’ learning adaptability will affect their professional learning achievement, learning ability, learning attitude, psychological quality and social adaptability. The study randomly selects 257 students of higher vocational mathematics major to do questionnaire survey. The results show that learning adaptability of students of mathematics major in higher vocational colleges is above the average level. There is difference in major selection of their learning adaptability. There is difference of students of different grades in learning motivation, learning attitude and environment factor. Higher vocational colleges should actively develop various kinds of learning exchange activity, and stimulate the learning enthusiasm of students of mathematics major. Teachers should guide students to correct learning attitude;improve students’ self-control ability, anti-pressure ability and learning adaptability through interest group activity and reward mechanism, to make students complete learning task in good learning atmosphere.
