摘 要:护理专业是与人文关怀密切联系的学科,人文关怀是护理专业人才培养的核心与精髓。情绪智力作为个体的内部影响因素,可能会对护理专业大学生人文关怀能力的提升产生一定影响。为提升护理专业大学生的人文关怀能力,通过问卷对126名本科护理专业学生的人文关怀能力进行调研,探究其情绪智力与人文关怀能力间的相关性。本研究通过关怀能力量表和情绪智力量表进行调研,其中问卷均采用Likert7级计分,并利用SPSS 27.0对调研结果进行处理与分析。结果显示,受访者人文关怀能力处于中等水平,在家庭经济水平上呈现显著性差异;其情绪智力处于中等偏上水平且与人文关怀能力呈正相关。护理专业学生应在实践中不断磨炼自身的情绪智力,以提高情绪认知、管理、调控和利用等方面的能力,为步入社会和工作岗位奠定基础。Nursing major is closely related with humanistic care, and humanistic care is the core and spirit of the talent training of nursing major. As the internal individual influencing factors, emotional intelligence may have certain influence on humanistic care ability of nursing major students. In order to improve humanistic care ability of nursing students, the study investigates the humanistic care ability of 126 undergraduate nursing students by questionnaire, and explores the correlation of emotional intelligence and humanistic care ability. The study investigates with caring ability scale and emotional intelligence scale, in which Likert7 scoring is adopted, and analyzes the investigation results with SPSS27.0. The results show that humanistic care ability of interviewees is at middle level. There is significant difference in family economic level. Emotional intelligence is at middle or higher level, and it is positively correlated with humanistic care ability. Nursing students should constantly exercise their emotional intelligence in practice to improve the ability of emotional cognition, management, regulation and utilization, so as to lay foundation for stepping into the society and the job.
