摘　　要：教师与学生是教学活动的发起者和承担者,是学校运作系统中最为积极主动的要素。在宋代书院里,教师与学生同样是最为活跃的因素。由理学家们创办和主持讲学的宋代书院在古代书院中独具特色。书院教师大都有较深的书院情结,与书院结下了不解之缘。在他们的吸引下,大量生徒慕名前去求学。教师与学生以道相交,感情深厚,关系极为融洽,师生关系达到了一种令后人向往的和谐境界。As initiators and undertakers of teaching activities,teachers and students are the most active elements in school operation system,which was also true of the academies of the Song Dynasty.The academies of the Song Dynasty were special among all the academies in ancient China.They were run and lectured by neo-Confucianists who had a deeply complex and closely relationship with academies.A lot of students studied in these academies for their reputation.The teachers and students developed an intimate and harmonious relationship which is desirable to the descendants.
