显微摄像活动在组织学实验教学中的实施及其意义

摘　　要：随着智能手机的广泛应用,手机摄像在日常生活中随处可见。为了完善组织学教学模式,课题组选择未列入实验教学课堂的数字切片为对象,以课外教学活动的方式组织学生用手机拍摄电脑屏幕上切片的显微图片,并将其插入电子文档中加以标示和描述,制作成显微摄像作品,然后供学生和教师进行评价,可增强学生的自主观察能力,拓宽学生的知识面,加深学生对组织学知识的理解,对实验课堂教学有积极的辅助作用。With the development of smart phones, mobile phones have been used widely to take photos and videos. Students were organized in extracurricular activities to take the photos of micrographs of slices not included in the experimental teaching, and then the students inserted the micrographs with labels and descriptions into a Microsoft Word document. These micrograph assignments were then evaluated by other students and teachers, aiming to enhance students’ ability of independent observation, broaden their horizons, deepen their understanding of histological knowledge, and improve experimental classroom teaching.
