摘　　要：在以开放和合作为主要特征的时代背景下,合作能力已成为提升企业创新绩效的重要因素。根据企业边界,将其划分为内部合作能力和外部合作能力,并从动态资源管理理论视角分别探讨它们在提升不同类型创新绩效时的作用机理与路径。分析457个中国制造业企业样本,结果表明:第一,外部合作能力比内部合作能力对开拓型资源整合的影响更大;而内部合作能力比外部合作能力对稳固型资源整合的影响更大。第二,稳固型资源整合对企业工艺创新的影响更大;而开拓型资源整合比稳固型资源整合对企业产品创新的影响更大。第三,两种资源整合在合作能力与创新绩效之间的关系中扮演差异的中介效应。第四,环境动态性加强内部合作能力对稳固型资源整合方式的选择,同时也强化外部合作能力对开拓型资源整合方式的选择。In the context of an era characterized by openness and cooperation,cooperation capability is an important factor in improving firm innovation performance.Based on firm boundaries,this study divides it into internal cooperation capability and external cooperation capability and explores the mechanisms and paths by which they influence different types of innovation performance from the perspective of dynamic resource management.The results of an analysis of 457 Chinese firms show that:(1)External cooperation capability is more effective than internal cooperation capability in influencing pioneering resource integration,whereas internal cooperation capability has a greater impact on stabilizing resource integration than external cooperation capability.(2)Stabilizing resource integration has a greater impact on process innovation,while pioneering resource integration has a greater impact on product innovation.(3)The two types of resource integration have different mediating effects on the relationship between cooperation capabilities and innovation performance.(4)Environmental dynamism not only strengthens the influence of internal cooperation capability on stabilizing resource integration,but also enhances the effect of external cooperation capability on pioneering resource integration.
