摘　　要：风险管理是食品安全监管的法定原则,食品安全风险评估贯穿于食品安全监管的全生命周期。本文旨在探究创新技术支持下的食品安全风险评估与行政监管的良性互动关系,从国内外食品安全风险评估的现状与发展、国内外食品安全风险评估与监管中的技术应用与创新入手,明确创新技术应用于我国食品安全风险评估与监管的机遇与挑战,进而提出完善我国食品安全风险评估与监管发展的对策与建议,即强化制度规范建设、完善互动衔接机制、推动社会各方参与、全面强化应用实效。Risk management is the legal principle of food safety supervision,and food safety risk assessment runs through the whole life cycle of food safety supervision.This paper aims to explore the positive interaction between food safety risk assessment and administrative supervision supported by innovative technology,from the domestic and foreign food safety risk assessment of the status and development of risk assessment and supervision of food safety at home and abroad in the application of Technology and innovation,this paper clarifies the opportunities and challenges of applying innovative technology to food safety assessment and supervision in our country,and then puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions for perfecting the development of food risk assessment and supervision in our country,that is to strengthen the construction of system norms,improve the interactive link mechanism,promote the participation of all sectors of society,and strengthen the application of the overall effectiveness.
