摘  要:庞薰琹提出的以实习室(工作室)为依托整合资源、改变教学方法与组织形式教育理念具有极强的科学性,其思想高度契合当前设计职业教育改革急需构建能适应社会、服务民众的专业发展需求,开展高水平专业建设有必要重新审视庞薰琹的设计教育改革思想。梳理庞氏致张道一谈工艺美术教育的信函及其《论工艺美术》一文中的教育改革观点,将其思想与“职教改革20条”之目标相比较,能提炼出可供借鉴的办学思想。庞氏立足生活、服务社会、面向未来、努力提高专业的市场竞争力的思想与思路,于今依然可作为设计专业教育发展的重要指引,其以工作室为依托聚合师资、整合社会资源以开展校企合作和提升产学研能力、塑造市场竞争力的思路,对高职院校建设高水平专业具有现实指导价值。PANG Xunqin proposed that resources should be integrated, and teaching methods and organizational forms be reformed based on practice rooms(Studios), which is scientific and meets the urgent need of the current vocational education reform of design specialities to build professional development that can adapt to society and serve the people. It is necessary to re-examine PANG Xunqin’s ideas on the educational reform of design specialities to build high-level specialities. Combing the educational reform viewpoints in PANG’s letter to ZHANG Daoyi on arts and crafts education and his article on arts and crafts, and comparing their ideas with the goals presented in the “Implementation Plan on National Vocational Education Reform”, we extracted the ideas on speciality operation for reference. PANG’s thoughts and ideas on developing design specialities on the basis of life, social needs, future growth and their enhanced market competitiveness can still be used as an important guide for the development of the professional education of design specialities today. His ideas on aggregating teachers and integrating social resources based on studios to carry out university-enterprise cooperation, enhance the ability of production, learning and research, and shape market competitiveness have practical guiding value for building high-level specialities.
