摘　　要：该文介绍了《住院医师规范化培训门诊教学实施指引(2022版)》的发布背景与意义,分析了目前门诊教学的重要性和存在的问题,强调了门诊教学的形式和运行流程,详细解释了日常门诊教学和教学门诊的差异,规范了门诊病历的书写格式和内容,并就门诊教学中的一些主要问题做了阐述和说明。This paper introduces the background and significance of the release of Guideline for Ambulatory Care Education in Standardized Residency Training(2022 Edition).It analyzes the importance and existing problems,and emphasizes the form and operation process of the current outpatient teaching.This paper also explains the differences between daily outpatient teaching and teaching outpatient clinics in detail,which standardizes the format and content of the outpatient medical records,and expounds and explains some major problems in outpatient teaching.
