摘　　要：课程思政是近年来国家高校教育改革中提出的一项重大的思想政治教育理念。将课程思政融入住院医师规范化培训(简称住培)教学中是该领域教学的必然趋势。但是,如何将课程思政完美地融入住培中仍缺乏相关实践经验。该文结合本单位实践情况,阐明了住培中融入课程思政的重要性,深入剖析了目前住培中课程思政教育存在的问题。提出了加快构建科学合理的课程思政教育体系,加大课程思政教师队伍建设力度,加大课程思政教育形式及内容的创新力度等具体方案,并创建了肾脏病学中的“一心六面”思政教学内容体系。为住培的课程思政教学提供行之有效的经验。Curriculum ideological and political education has been put forward in the reform of national higher education in the recent years.It is an inevitable trend to integrate curriculum ideology and politics into the standardized training of resident physicians.However,there is still a lack of relevant practical experience on how to perfectly integrate curriculum ideology and politics into the standardized training of resident physicians.Based on the practice of our hospital,this study aimed to elucidate the importance of integrating curriculum ideological and political education into the standardized training of resident physicians and to deeply analyze the problems existing in the current standardized training of resident physicians.This study put forward some concrete plans,such as accelerating the construction of the scientific and reasonable curriculum ideological and political education system,building up the ranks of teachers,and strengthening the innovation of the form and content of curriculum ideological and political education,as well as establishing the"One Center and Six Aspects"ideological and political education content system.The study provides effective experience for curriculum ideological and political education in the current standardized training of resident physicians.
